Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Demetrius Riley website (the "Site"), submitting a consultation request, or enrolling in any SMS or email communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site, whether or not you become a client of Demetrius Riley (collectively, "Demetrius Riley," "we," "us," or "our").

Demetrius Riley provides personal insurance advisory and consultation services for individuals, families, and business owners. The Site offers general information about insurance solutions, approach, and how to request a consultation.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer of insurance coverage, a quote, or professional insurance or legal advice. All coverage is subject to the terms of the applicable insurance policy and underwriting approval. A consultation does not create an insurance producer–client relationship until a separate written agreement is executed.

Important — SMS Consent: By providing your mobile phone number through our consultation form, checking the SMS consent box, or otherwise sharing your number with us, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Demetrius Riley at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply.

We send SMS messages using an Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-digit long code (10DLC) messaging service in compliance with the U.S. A2P 10DLC framework administered by The Campaign Registry (TCR) and the mobile carrier ecosystem. The types of messages you may receive include:

• Appointment and consultation reminders, confirmations, and scheduling updates
• Follow-up messages related to your inquiry or active consultation
• Insurance policy and document delivery notifications
• Account servicing and time-sensitive service alerts

Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. You will typically receive no more than a reasonable number of messages related to your consultation or active service.

No purchase required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, and you are not required to consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Demetrius Riley.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any SMS message we send. You will receive a single confirmation message confirming your opt-out.
• Reply HELP for assistance and support contact information.
• Email us at demetrius@atelierinsurance.com with your mobile number and a request to unsubscribe.
• Call us at 469.555.0147 and request removal from SMS communications.

Opting out of SMS messages does not opt you out of email communications or other service-related notices sent through other channels. If you have multiple numbers on file, please identify the number you wish to unsubscribe.

As part of the A2P 10DLC framework, we may share certain information with mobile carriers, The Campaign Registry, and messaging service providers to register our messaging campaigns, verify our identity, and ensure message delivery. This may include your mobile number, message content metadata, and campaign use-case information necessary for carrier compliance and delivery.

We comply with the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) Messaging Principles and Best Practices, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and all applicable carrier A2P 10DLC rules. We do not send messages containing content prohibited under these frameworks, including SHAFT-regulated content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, and tobacco).

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, and the "Demetrius Riley" name — are owned by Demetrius Riley and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our systems, or another user's data
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code, or scrape, harvest, or collect contact information from the Site for unsolicited communications
• Use automated systems to submit forms or send messages in bulk

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that insurance information presented is current or applicable to your specific circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Demetrius Riley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or our services.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Material changes to SMS messaging practices or consent terms will be communicated through a conspicuous notice on the Site and, where appropriate, via SMS prior to taking effect.
